We work with qualified independent professionals who bring specialized expertise to client engagements. Every specialist is reviewed and approved by the firm.
How the network works
Specialists are engaged on defined scopes of work under written agreement. First Osman retains approval authority over which specialist joins which engagement; a consultant cannot accept a client engagement without firm approval.
Where the programme operates, we target up to 3 specialists per industry per country, so coverage stays deliberate rather than open-ended.
On eligible project revenue, the contractual allocation is 80% to the consultant and 20% to First Osman. There is no membership or signup fee. Earnings depend on engagements won and delivered, and are not guaranteed.
